Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Business Assistant to support the sales process by handling car financing accurately and efficiently. This hourly, full-time role includes Saturday shifts and a starting pay between $18.81 and $19.00 per hour.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely processing of deposits, credit applications, and contract funding. We value attention to detail, math aptitude, and an interest in finance, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer’s transactions.

Responsabilités

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
