Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a Business Assistant to support the sales process by handling car financing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role works with our sales staff and does not interact directly with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer’s transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
