Job summary

Schomp Subaru in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Business Assistant to support financing operations. The role requires accurate cash handling, submitting credit applications, and funding contracts, with a focus on timely processing and close collaboration with sales staff.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a Saturday shift and a pay starting at $18.81–$19.00 per hour. The application window closes October 31, 2026, and onsite benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed to complete transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Package, scan and fund contracts.
• Monitor and update the CIT account; update notes in the software for unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily.
• Prioritize deals to meet the One Hour promise to customers.
• Work directly with the sales staff; no direct customer interaction.

What you will do:

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
