Voss Village BMW is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to provide top-tier customer service and leverage BMW technology in vehicle demonstrations. You will engage buyers, explain features, and guide deliveries with enthusiasm.

We welcome candidates with strong communication skills, a drive to meet goals, and a willingness to learn; prior automotive sales is not required. Day-to-day involves using computers and social media to identify prospects.

Qualifications

• No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Motivated to identify customer needs and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and identify their needs and buying motives.
• Explain features and BMW technology with enthusiasm.
• Arrange delivery of vehicles with timeliness and excitement.
• Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
• Generate new business through referrals and service clients.
• Complete paperwork and log communications with clients.
• Attend manufacturer and dealership training for product knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities Of a BMW Client Advisor

• Welcome clients, and work to identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives
• Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMW's technology & performance
• Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness
• Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
• Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
• Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients
• Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills

Specific Skills Required

Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.
