Voss Village BMW is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to deliver top-tier customer service and leverage BMW technology in sales interactions.

You will engage clients, explain features, and coordinate delivery of vehicles while building a loyal client base through referrals and service interactions.

Qualifications

• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Proven ability to meet goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience building a loyal client base is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Have a valid and clean driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, and work to identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives.
• Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMW's technology & performance.
• Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness.
• Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
• Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
• Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients.
• Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills.
