Voss Village BMW is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and drive technology-informed vehicle choices. You will engage clients, explain BMW features, and coordinate timely vehicle delivery with enthusiasm.

The role combines sales acumen with strong communication and tech fluency. Qualified candidates should be self-driven, able to meet goals, and comfortable using computers and social media to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience is not necessary. We are willing to train and develop the right person.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Proven ability to meet goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Have a valid and clean driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, and work to identify their needs, preferences, and buying motives.
• Enthusiastically explain features while demonstrating BMW's technology & performance.
• Arrange for delivery of new or pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm & timeliness.
• Work with computers and multiple social media platforms.
• Actively seek new business through referrals, lease-end prospects, service clients, etc.
• Complete paperwork and log all communication with clients.
• Attend regular manufacturer and dealership training meetings, with emphasis on product knowledge and sales skills.
