Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years APP experience in hematology/oncology.
• Completion of an APP fellowship may substitute for two years of experience.
• Current licenses and board certification in applicable APRN/PA domains.

Aufgaben

• Provide independent, evidence-based medical care to BMT patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to communicate findings and plans.
• Evaluate disease status and order imaging/labs per clinical indicators.
• Assist with immunosuppression management and supportive care.
• Monitor for GVHD, infections, cytopenias, and other complications.
• Perform procedures after appropriate credentialing (bone marrow biopsy, lumbar puncture, IT chemotherapy, Omaya, skin biopsy).
• Educate patients and caregivers on transplant processes and post‑transplant care.
• Coordinate with inpatient teams and ensure thorough documentation in EHR.
