Cooper Norcross Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit in an inpatient setting. The APP will work autonomously and with supervising physicians to assess patients, develop care plans, and manage treatment needs.

The role requires NP or PA licensure with national certification, NJ state license, and current BLS/ACLS; experience in transplant or hematology is preferred. Full-time, on-site position in Camden, NJ.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed, registered Advanced Practice Provider with graduate-level education and national certification.
• Master's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required.
• Active New Jersey License; BLS and ACLS; CDS/DEA.

• Function within the scope of practice as defined by state and institutional privileges.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient health needs in inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Unit.
• Order, perform, supervise, and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications as allowed.
• Provide patient education and counseling; contribute to care planning and coordination.
