Job summary

You will work with the BMT Program Manager to develop and revise transplant plans and drive quality improvement initiatives.

The role focuses on audits, regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, FACT, AABB, and FDA, and data collaboration with CIBMTR to ensure high-quality patient care in a complex bone marrow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• BMTCN certification preferred.
• RN license in Florida (FL) required.
• ONCC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing records for inspections.
• Acts as a resource to BMT staff and departments.
• Performs quarterly quality audits and reports outcomes.
• Collaborates with leadership to implement best practice guidelines.
• Ensures electronic medical records support quality initiatives.
