Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a RN with oncology experience to serve as Inpatient Oncology/BMT-Leukemia Clinical Coordinator. You will supervise patient care, mentor staff, and implement evidence-based protocols across teams. A strong focus on education and collaboration supports positive patient outcomes.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, MSN or higher, BLS/CPR, and BMT/Leukemia nursing experience. ACLS preferred. This is a full-time on-site position delivering high-quality cancer care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• MSN or Master's Degree in a health-related field required.
• BLS/CPR certified by the American Heart Association.
• Oncology BMT/Leukemia nursing experience required.
• NJ RN license must be active.
• ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care of the BMT/Leukemia patient in collaboration with leadership.
• Motivate self and others to deliver care aligned with mission and values.
• Provide clinical expertise and evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as clinical resource for staff and participate in education programs.
• Develop and deliver Leukemia/BMT focused education across the medical center.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teaching materials and programs.
