Qualifikationen

• Two years general nursing experience.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Utah or eligible for licensing under the interstate compact.

• Assists with department management including evaluations, hiring, counseling, and budget administration.
• Coordinates quality improvement initiatives and operational alignment with goals.
• Manages staff education and development, orientation, and in-services.
• May schedule department staff and investigate patient care safety incidents.
• Acts as a preceptor and liaison for repairs of instruments and equipment.
• Maintains inventory and ensures a safe, therapeutic patient care environment.
• Performs professional staff nursing functions and supports clinical operations.
