Job summary

Intermountain Health’s LDS Hospital BMT Clinic seeks a full-time Registered Nurse for days. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring education and transitions are coordinated. Work four 9-hour shifts weekly, plus one weekend every three weeks and three holiday shifts.

Requirements include active RN license, BLS, and BSN within four years of hire; multi-state licensure transfer within 60 days. This role is on-site in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice with compact transfer within 60 days.
• BSN required or must be obtained within four years of hire; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and managing priorities.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
• Maintain professionalism, documentation, and adherence to legal/ethical standards.
