Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated BMS Service Sales Executive to drive sales for the Building Management System Service Department.

You will nurture relationships with new and existing customers, identify scope of work, and close sales, with familiarity in BMS, BAS, DDC, and energy management systems. The role involves coordinating with the Service Manager, collaborating with subcontractors and vendors, and developing proposals for service contracts and retrofit projects in

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ sales experience in Building Management Systems or Control Systems, EPMS in facilities.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Visio and AutoCAD a plus.
• CRM and Bid Tracer knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and recommend opportunities to the Service Manager.
• Arrange meetings and build estimates/proposals using standardized tools.
• Estimate and develop service, retrofit control projects and service contracts.
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and vendors for control installations.
• Support selling service contracts on new accounts and attend client meetings.
