Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Quality Manager to join the Data Center Engineering & Construction Quality team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering safe, robust, reliable BMS installations that meet design and quality requirements, guiding internal teams and contractors from early design through commissioning.

The BQM will lead on-site inspections, coordinate with GC BMS leads, CSI, and E&I contractors, and drive standardization across buildings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
10+ years of instrumentation, controls, MEP coordination, and data center commissioning experience.
Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems (PLC/DDC).
3+ years programming and designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site BMS inspections, wiring, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with GC BMS leads, CSI, and E&I contractors across all project phases.
Drive standardization of BMS practices across buildings and trade partners.
Review adherence to the BMS PLC Playbook and project revisions.
Manage cross-functional meetings and align communications with stakeholders.
Support AI tool integration to optimize workflows and quality.
Travel ~50% as required.
