Job summary

Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. The BMS Quality Manager role supports the DEC Quality team to ensure safe, robust, and reliable controls across data center projects.

You will lead installation and commissioning, oversee QA, and align with internal and external partners while driving standardization and continuous improvement. Travel up to 50% to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years in instrumentation/controls, MEP coordination, or data center commissioning.
• Experience with PLC/DDC and industrial automation for mission-critical buildings.
• 3+ years designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead BMS teams, contractors, and CSI/ E&I drives to deliver safe, robust, reliable controls.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Meta BMS, GC, CSI, and installers.
• Standardize BMS practices across buildings and review PLC playbooks.
• Perform BMS inspections and track project health from early MEP stages.
• Coordinate audits and multi-stakeholder meetings; manage risk and tooling integration.
• Travel up to 50% domestically.
