Job summary

Associer Intl is seeking a technically skilled engineer to support overseas energy storage projects. You will define system requirements, assist in BMS design, and provide on-site guidance and troubleshooting to ensure project success.

The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel for short- to mid-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in New Energy / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Power Electronics or related majors.
• Familiar with control strategy of battery management system; BMS software/hardware development or testing experience preferred.
• Familiar with testing and data analysis tools (ZLG/CANanalyzr/CANoe/CANape).
• Strong communication/coordination skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Willingness to travel short/medium term for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales technical support for overseas energy storage projects, defining application scenarios and technical requirements of the energy storage system.
• Collaborate on BMS system design and application development for energy storage projects.
• Provide technical support for BMS products, including customer consultation, on-site guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Follow up on on-site issues and ensure resolution.
• Maintain and nurture good relationships with customers.

The Job

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Customer Demand Identification: responsible for pre-sales technical support for overseas energy storage projects, defining the application scenarios and technical requirements of the energy storage system.
• 2. BMS System Design: cooperate with customers and our department to complete the scheme design and application development of BMS system for energy storage project.
• 3. Technical Support: responsible for technical support of BMS products, including customer consultation, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc.
• 4. Follow-up of Issues: follow up the process and results of on-site issues.
• 5. Customer Relations: keep good relationship with customer.

Job Requirements
