Responsabilités

• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), including HVAC and lighting.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve alarms and maintain performance.
• Respond to real-time alarms and faults; investigate root causes and escalate as needed.
• Generate reports on alarm activity, energy usage, and system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and JCI protocols.
• Support data-driven decisions via trend and alarm analysis.
