Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc., an EMCOR Group company, seeks an Engineering Manager for Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our Salt Lake City, Utah team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field is a plus.
• Considerable BAS engineering experience with a track record of leading teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of BAS platforms, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and manage multiple teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS systems and software engineering teams; assign tasks and provide mentorship.
• Set strategic goals; lead R&D of new products, designs, and processes.
• Establish processes to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and security.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from proposal to commissioning; coordinate with departments.
• Develop and implement engineer training programs to stay current with technologies.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for complex problem resolution.
