Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical) or CS.
• Master’s degree in Engineering/Management is a plus.
• Experience leading BAS engineering teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS systems and software engineering teams and mentor staff.
• Set strategic goals and drive R&D for new products and processes.
• Establish processes to improve engineering efficiency, quality, and security.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from proposal to commissioning within budget.
• Develop and deliver training for engineers and technicians on new tech.
