You will leverage Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder Tool, LonWorks, BACnet, and Tridium Niagara AX/N4 to deliver reliable, energy-efficient BAS solutions while coordinating with project teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BAS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent hands-on BAS experience.
Minimum of 5 years designing and implementing BAS.
Advanced proficiency with BAS platforms and integration tools listed above.
Experience with open protocols BACnet and LonWorks in complex systems.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement BAS for a wide range of construction projects.
Leverage Distech GFX, Honeywell Spyder Tool, LonWorks, and BACnet to develop solutions.
Coordinate with project teams to integrate BAS into overall design and execution.
Monitor and optimize HVAC systems using BAS for performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliability.
Provide technical guidance to teams and stakeholders; explain complex concepts clearly.
Stay updated on industry trends to drive BAS design improvements.
