Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer Analyst to perform master systems integration of building management systems (BMS), develop control databases, and create user interfaces based on project specifications and sales proposals. The role includes on-site and remote support, startup, and commissioning tasks for enterprise clients globally.

You will lead programming efforts, validate system operation, develop graphics, and troubleshoot complex issues, while travelling up to 50% of the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical or Software preferred; 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of procedures to solve slightly complex problems and apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office المنتجات (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply precedents.

Responsibilities

• Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
• Program control applications using various software tools.
• Conduct job-site system checkout, commissioning, and testing of control applications.
• Verify operation according to project specs, proposals, and design docs.
• Develop system graphic displays per project specs or proposals.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
• Perform diagnostics and system evaluation to isolate issues.
• Document resolutions and report findings to the project team.
