Job summary

Havel is seeking a Programmer to lead installation, hardware design, and software programming for Building Automation projects (BMS/BAS) ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery. The role requires hands-on design, commissioning, and strong communication with customers and subcontractors.

You will build graphics, verify wiring and system controllers, document Direct Digital Control processes, and provide owner/operator training on the full system, while developing long-term

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programming with EcoStruxure, Tridium Niagara, and building operations (EBO).
• Hands-on systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls for BAS/BMS.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation hardware design and software programming for BAS/BMS projects.
• Provide detailed design and operation information to customers and subcontractors.
• Responsible for graphics building and commissioning of system controllers.
• Document processes for Direct Digital Control systems and related projects.
• Deliver site-specific owner/operator training with support.
• Develop long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants and subs.
• Attend job progress meetings and adhere to safety standards.
