Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
• CompTIA Security+ and ability to maintain government clearance or investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Production, Scheduling and Controls Team.
• Support 24x7 scheduling and monitoring using enterprise tools.
• Perform enterprise scheduling and analysis with BMC Control-M.
• Monitor and analyze job schedules and optimize performance with technical staff.
• Maintain IT systems infrastructure and assist with planning/design of new platforms.
• Respond to triage requests and escalate complex issues as needed.
