Floco Foods is seeking kitchen staff to produce all assigned menu items efficiently and according to Kj's Market and Bluebird Kitchen standards.

Join us in a fast-paced environment, where you will set up stations, prepare diverse food items, maintain sanitation, and deliver friendly guest service. Must be 18+, able to lift 25 lbs regularly, and work well with a team.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand information and direction; effective communication.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, sauces).
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy, and other food items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales and bags.
• Process prepared foods for service using standard kitchen equipment.
• Ensure each item is prepared according to recipe specifications and Bluebird Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area during and after service.
• Stock inventory according to standards and systems.
• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of products served.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the department per Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guest service consistent with our Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy, and other food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags.
• Processes prepared foods for service using standard kitchen equipment.
• Ensure each item is prepared according to the recipe specifications, documentation, and Bluebird Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, cooking equipment, prep equipment, and storage equipment during and after service.
• Stock inventory appropriately and according to established standards and systems.
• Ensure the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of products served.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the department according to Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guest service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff.
