Job summary

Floco Foods in Batesburg-Leesville, SC is seeking teammates for our Kj's Market/Bluebird Kitchen operations. You’ll set up and stock stations, prep a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy, and other food items while following our recipes and standards.

We value a friendly, guest-focused approach, teamwork, and safety. This full-time role requires 18+ years old, ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and the ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy, and other items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales and bags.
• Process prepared foods for service using standard kitchen equipment.
• Ensure each item is prepared according to recipe specifications and Bluebird Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation during and after service.
• Stock inventory according to standards and systems.
• Ensure quality, food safety, and timeliness of products served.
• Maintain safety and sanitation throughout the department per Floco Foods standards.
• Provide guest service in line with our Purpose, Priorities and Service Standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Floco Foods standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management staff.

• Provide guest service consistent with our established Purpose, Priorities, and Service Standards.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Floco Foods standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff.
