Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead to own and drive workstreams within BY WMS implementations. You will coordinate across functional and technical domains, mentor junior team members, and ensure designs translate into configured, tested WMS solutions.

The role requires hands-on technical and functional BY WMS expertise with travel up to 0-100% depending on client needs. Excellent communication and leadership across multi-site programs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years leading functional/technical WMS workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS projects.
• Translate client requirements into BY WMS designs and configurations.
• Configure BY WMS components aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage timelines and dependencies.
• Develop and review specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support SIT/UAT testing and go-live activities.
• Author and review design docs and procedural guides.
