Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to lead advisory and delivery across complex BY WMS programs. You will mentor teams, lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders, and define architectures aligned with client requirements across multiple sites.

Travel up to 100% may be required, and a strong background in WMS and integration is essential. You will collaborate with clients to plan, design, and implement BY WMS solutions, contribute to practice growth, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience, able to design and deliver against design specs.
• Minimum 2 years in Blue Yonder development practices including MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and delivery across complex BY WMS programs.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and mentor delivery teams.
• Lead solution design and delivery across multi-site BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define architectures and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants.
• Contribute to practice development through accelerators and reusable assets.
• Support pre-sales, demos, scoping and SOW input.
• Establish and enforce delivery documentation standards.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
