Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks a senior Blue Yonder WMS leader to architect, deliver, and optimize large-scale warehouse management solutions across complex supply chains. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape strategy with senior client stakeholders, and drive pre-sales activities.

You will own end-to-end BY WMS designs, ensure interoperability with ERP/TMS/OMS, manage program delivery, governance and risk, and mentor a growing WMS practice across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in WMS, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment tech.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS solutions for complex clients across industries.
• Define requirements, perform fit/gap, lead Conference Room Pilots, and design scalable WMS solutions.
• Ensure interoperability across ERP, TMS, OMS, WCS/MHE, Voice, ASRS.
• Develop detailed solution specifications, configuration approaches, integration designs, and technical documentation.
• Provide architectural governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of BY WMS programs: config, testing, deployment, training, cutover, hypercare.
• Manage scope, risks, RAID logs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and resolve issues across WMS modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Oversee release management, validation cycles, UAT/SIT, and performance optimization.
• Act as senior client contact; guide transformation journeys including process redesign and automation.
• Lead workshops, requirements sessions, value assessments, maturity assessments, and strategy discussions.
• Provide strategic recommendations grounded in benchmarks and best practices.
• Shape opportunities with estimates, delivery strategies, and proposal content.
• Engage executives to position Accenture as partner of choice for BY WMS transformations.
• Contribute to BY practice with accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery frameworks.
• Mentor and grow talent within the practice.
