Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Blue Yonder WMS practitioner to advise clients and lead large-scale BY WMS programs across multi-site engagements. You will bring functional leadership, mentor delivery teams, and contribute to practice growth.

Travel may be required depending on client needs. You will lead workshops with stakeholders, define integration architectures, and ensure alignment with requirements while managing risks across design, testing and deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Blue Yonder WMS experience, able to design against specs.
• Minimum of 2 years with BY WMS configuration capabilities and warehousing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; seniority may count toward experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery across complex BY WMS programs.
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Define architectures and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks across design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level consultants within your discipline.
• Contribute to practice development with accelerators and assets.
• Support pre-sales, demos, scoping, and SOW input.
• Maintain documentation standards and delivery best practices.
