  • Regulator contact. Liaise with state securities regulators and EDGAR filer support as needed
  • Regulatory monitoring. Monitor state and federal regulatory changes affecting exempt offerings and blue sky compliance and flag relevant developments to the program lead
  • Process improvement. Assist in developing and refining program checklists, templates, and procedures; help train and review the work of paralegals as the team grows
  • Other support. Support senior attorneys on related corporate and securities matters as needed
Qualifications

  • Admitted to practice law in New York in good standing
  • Experience with securities filings, ideally including hands-on experience with Form D, Form ID, blue-sky notice filings, and/or Rule 701 compliance
  • Familiarity with EDGAR filing systems and state securities filing portals (e.g., NASAA electronic filing depository)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing high-volume, deadline-sensitive filing workloads
