Job summary

Blue Sky is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare and grill burgers, meats, and other items according to specifications in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will maintain grill temperatures, follow cooking times, and ensure quality while communicating with expo and teammates.

This role requires reading order tickets, managing multiple orders, and keeping a clean grill station. FIFO inventory practices and sanitation standards are essential, with support across stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience grilling and preparing menu items to Blue Sky specifications.
• Ability to read and understand order tickets and KDS screens.
• Strict adherence to food-safety, sanitation and temperature-control standards.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
