Job Description


Prepare all hot and cold food items, ensuring consistency and quality. Responsible for serving food according to specifications. Starting pay rate is $20 per hour.



Responsibilities


  • Maintain kitchen sanitation following health department guidelines.
  • Ensure station is ready for service 15 minutes prior to opening.
  • Learn all menu items produced by the assigned station.
  • Complete work assignments to meet required quantities within designated timeframes.
  • Refrigerate and serve cold foods appropriately.
  • Produce orders efficiently.
  • Follow safe food handling procedures at all times.


Qualifications


  • Basic knife skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
  • Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
