Job summary

Blue Ribbon Sushi at Green Valley Ranch Resort is seeking a part-time sprinter to support the dining floor. You will coordinate food orders from servers at the kitchen line, pick up and promptly deliver items to guests, and greet patrons with a friendly smile while using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced service, can learn menu items quickly, and communicate clearly with servers to time orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop knowledge of all food items including plate specifications, garnishing, and table numbering.
• Communicate effectively with Servers to time orders and perform side service functions as required by menu items.
• Must be able to obtain all required work cards.
