Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing floor experience or material handling experience affording knowledge of the importance of part location tracking.
• Previous data entry and inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic ability to follow instructions, read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations.
• Ability to attend to detail, resolve record keeping problems and work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track and document movement, status and location of work-in-progress inventory.
• Transport and track parts from one department to another to ensure timely movement through manufacturing process.
• Enter accurate inventory, scheduling and location information into tracking system.
• Move parts within process span time and support quality documentation requirements.
