Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support a fast-paced, high-precision production environment. You will manage material flow, inventory, and kitting across departments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of material handling experience, a valid Oregon driver's license, and willingness to operate forklifts (training provided). The role offers competitive hourly pay and employer-paid health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Strong math and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and take corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and kit materials according to work order specifications.
• Inspect, count, and verify components and assemblies.
• Ensure proper documentation and labeling of materials.
• Transport materials between departments/facilities with accurate paperwork.
• Operate forklifts to stage or rack materials (training provided if needed).
• Perform routine cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and staging areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training.
• Support additional warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
