Job summary
INSPYR Solutions seeks an experienced BLT Engineer to develop, validate, and sustain board-level functional test solutions for AI server manufacturing. You will own test strategy, software development, fixture integration, and production release, partnering with Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and NPI teams.
E3/E4 roles require ownership of test development, driving yield improvements, and leading cross-functional reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience developing board-level functional test solutions in high-volume electronics manufacturing (E3).
- 6+ years (E4) including multi-program or cross-site scope.
- Hands-on with NI TestStand, LabVIEW, PXI instrumentation, and automated functional test systems.
Responsibilities
- Define BLT strategy and architecture for new AI server programs.
- Develop, validate, and release BLT programs and support production release.
- Develop automated test sequences and pass/fail criteria.
- Design, integrate, and validate functional test stations and fixtures.
- Optimize test coverage and cycle time; support ECOs and NPI.
