Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a Life Support Instructor 3 to join the team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on teaching Basic Life Support (BLS) classes under the Inova Well American Heart Association Training Center, serving system and community healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will teach a minimum of 25 hours per quarter and be available 1–2 days per week, maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Instructor Card.
• Experience teaching BLS classes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaches Basic Life Support classes, at least 25 hours per quarter; available 1–2 days per week.
• Maintains accurate records and organizes classes.
• Adheres to AHA and Inova Well Training Center policies and procedures.
