Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a production lead to maintain safe and productive operations across extrusion, lamination, slitting, die cutting and forming lines. You will supervise operators, assign daily tasks, and ensure accurate recording of output in the WebEFF system.

A Journeyman certification or apprenticeship is preferred, with strong mechanical aptitude and leadership to drive efficiency. The role emphasizes safety, operational discipline, and collaboration with maintenance to minimize downtime

Responsibilities

• Start-up and shut down of extrusion, lamination, slitting, die cutting and forming equipment.
• Oversee the duties of operators and disseminate daily job assignments.
• Record production results in the WebEFF system and maintain documentation of inventory transactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly department environment and ensure safety compliance.
• Notify maintenance of machine failures and assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
