Job summary

Careers and Highline Warren is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support blow molding operations. You will diagnose equipment problems, perform repairs, and assist with tooling changes in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include servicing HVAC, operating MP2 CMMS, training line workers, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience or a technical degree.
• Uniloy experience is a plus; blowmold experience is a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate computer-based maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on technical resource to resolve equipment problems affecting production.
• Identify and repair tooling and machine issues and procure replacement parts.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and keep equipment in like-new condition.
• Train operators and line workers to become maintenance technicians.
• Follow safety rules and maintain good housekeeping at all times.
