Job summary

Careers and Highline Warren is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for blow molding operations. You will diagnose equipment problems, perform repairs, and maintain tooling, while supporting lean manufacturing goals and safety standards.

You will also service HVAC systems, operate the MP2 CMMS, train line workers, and troubleshoot line breakdowns to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related maintenance experience.
• Technical degree in maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on technical resource for equipment problems and diagnose production issues.
• Identify and resolve tooling and machine issues; procure replacement parts and perform repairs.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and service to keep production areas safe and efficient.
• Train operators and line workers to become maintenance technicians.
• Be the first responder to line breakages and notify of equipment failures promptly.
• Maintain CMMS work orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.
