Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Blow-Mold Operator for our Baltimore, MD facility. The role operates blow-mold machines to ensure quality bottles, performs quality checks, and logs daily production data. The candidate will troubleshoot minor issues and support equipment to maintain line efficiency.

Requires a high school diploma or GED; AS degree or apprenticeship is preferred; 1-3 years of related experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AS degree preferred.
• Apprenticeship or formal training in area of specialty preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines to produce bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
• Make adjustments to meet product specifications and repair/replace lines as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and prepare maintenance requests.
