Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hands-on blow molding experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years of age.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on blow molding setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with iPads and basic Microsoft Office.
• Must bring own basic hand tools and have strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Configure and run blow-molding production equipment.
• Diagnose and refine machine performance for efficiency.
• Perform standard maintenance tasks regularly.
• Ensure production meets client specs and maintain safety.
• Uphold Food Safety, GMP, and quality standards.
