Compensation ranges from $22 to $34 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ year blow molding experience, and basic computer skills, plus tool readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with blow molding equipment.
• Able to use iPads and MS Office; basic computer tasks needed.
• Must supply own essential hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and daily operation of blow molding production equipment.
• Diagnose issues and adjust machines for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Ensure products meet client requirements while maintaining safety standards.
• Comply with food safety, quality standards, and GMP regulations.
