Accelera Staffing is seeking a Blow Molding Process Technician for our plastics packaging facility in Delavan, WI. The role involves configuring and operating blow-molding equipment, diagnosing performance issues, and performing routine maintenance to ensure production runs smoothly and safely.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hands-on blow molding experience, and basic computer skills.

Formación

Descripción del empleo

We are currently looking for talented Blow Molding Process Technicians to join our plastics packaging facility located in Delavan, WI.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23 to $37, determined by your professional background.

• Day shift hours run from 6:50 am to 7:00 pm on a rotating 4-on, 4-off basis.
• Night shift hours run from 6:50 pm to 7:00 am on a rotating 4-on, 4-off basis.

Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting blow molding machinery.
• Proficiency in utilizing iPads and basic computer software, specifically Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to supply your own set of basic hand tools.

Primary Responsibilities

• Configure and run blow-molding production equipment.
• Diagnose and refine machine performance to ensure efficiency.
• Execute standard maintenance tasks on a regular basis.
• Ensure all production meets client requirements while helping maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.
• Support the organization by upholding all Food Safety, GMP, and quality standards mandated by regulatory bodies and our clients.

• Standard and metric ball-end L-shaped Allen keys.
• Standard socket set ranging from 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches.
• Combination wrench set ranging from 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches.
• Standard Allen socket set ranging from 1/8 to 5/8 inches.

Desired Competencies

• Background in injection molding processes.
• Practical experience with blow molding technology.
