Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator for its West Chicago, IL facility. You will operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to produce quality bottles, while following GMP and safety policies. The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and prior blow mold experience.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot process issues, and document daily production metrics. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operates blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to produce quality bottles.
• Follows GMP and safety policies; uses PPE and maintains clean work area.
• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoots process issues and participates in continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintains daily production reports including line efficiency and rejects.
