Role Overview

We are currently looking for talented Blow Molding Process Technicians to join our plastics packaging facility located in New Berlin, WI. This position operates on a rotating day shift schedule from 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM, working four days on followed by four days off. Compensation for this role ranges from $22 to $34 per hour, depending on your level of expertise.

Required Skills and Background

• Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
• You should have at least one year of hands-on experience in the operation, setup, and troubleshooting of blow molding machinery.
• Proficiency in utilizing iPads and basic computer software, specifically the Microsoft Office suite, is necessary.
• Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude and be prepared to supply their own essential hand tools.

• Manage the configuration and daily operation of blow molding production equipment.
