Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of direct plastic blow molding experience.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
- Ability to reduce product variability, waste, and operating costs.
Responsibilities
- Promote improvements on the production process using Kaizen, VSM, and lean techniques.
- Prepare equipment and controls specifications and place orders; evaluate equipment for productivity and safety.
- Conduct process optimization trials and analyze data to reduce costs.
- Lead training of plant operators on standard production execution to ensure safety and quality.
- Develop and maintain SOCs for major equipment and collaborate with maintenance teams.
