Greif, Inc. seeks a Senior Process Technician to lead blow-molding operations on large plastic drums across IL, GA, and TX facilities. You will optimize processes, reduce waste, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and quality.

Travel will be required to support multiple sites and installations. The role demands a minimum of five years in blow molding, strong troubleshooting, and a proven track record in continuous improvement within high-volume manufacturing.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plastic blow-molding experience in large drum operations.
• Technical certification or Associate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated success in improving process performance, quality, and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead setup, optimization, and control of blow-molding equipment.
• Monitor parison control, wall thickness, cycle times, and cooling for throughput gains.
• Escalate complex process/quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Support new product trials, mold installations, and validations.
• Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time improvements, and cost savings.
