Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc in Houston, TX is seeking skilled Blow Molding Machine Operators. You will set up machines, adjust weight and color distribution, monitor cycle times, and document production and quality data.

Qualifications

Experience operating blow molding machines and adjusting settings.
Ability to retrieve and interpret PLC information and make adjustments.
Capable of controlling machine settings and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Adjust product weight, color distribution, and cycle times to meet specifications.
Retrieve PLC programming information, evaluate, and adjust parameters.
Control and adjust machine settings to ensure efficiency.
Maintain accurate daily production and quality records.
Respond to machine alarms and identify root causes.
Coordinate process operations and communicate with production staff.
Read logs and notices to stay updated on procedures.
Maintain a clean work area and practice good housekeeping.
Troubleshoot preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs on blow mold equipment.
Perform daily setup and bottle-size changeovers on all equipment.
