Blow Molding Machine Operators Needed- Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for required adjustments needed to fulfill the product specification requirements such as weight, color distribution, and cycle times.
- Retrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and makes adjustments
- Control and adjust machine settings
- Ensures adherence to quality standards
- Will be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operate
- Answer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause.
- Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnel
- Must be able to keep up to date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted notices
- Responsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work area
- Troubleshoot, preventative maintenance and minor repair on blow mold and support equipment
- Perform daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment

- Experienced Extrusion Molding Machine Operators
- Experienced Blow Mold Operators (including PET or HDPE resin, Bekum, Fisher, Uniloy, Aoki, Sidel, 1Blo, and/or Rocheleau machinery) is a plus, but not required
- Machine Operator Trainees (mechanical experience such as HVAC, auto mechanic, car mechanic, lube technician, home repair, handyman, construction trades are all encouraged to apply)

Swing Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am (work every Wednesday for 6 hours)
